I wrote a question about why I was able to register then, support joined chat and left it without saying anything. I already have bad previous experience with support from Rival casinos ad this was very disappointing. Many Rival casinos have bad reputation and I think they should work hard on their flaws but instead support is rude and irritated. Also, the fact that I was able to register there and receive welcome mail, using my real location, and not being able to play there, makes me question their trustworthy.

Once I complained about this, and proven that I did provide the Ecocard number, then the goal posts got moved again, and I was told that I did not complete the wagering amount. How obviously ridiculous, as the system would not have allowed a withdrawal request in the first place, if wagering was not achieved, and the Support agent would not have forced me to make a deposit to get the winnings, and would NOT have voided the winnings above the max cash out amount, if wagering had not been achieved and ready to pay-out.A ll complaints to Support, have gone without any explanation as to why the goal posts keep being moved. A support agent has to tell you, and you have to keep inquiring as to how far you have reached the wagering amount - it is so the casino/support staff can change the goal posts when it suits them.

I think they are pretty new casino maybe established this year with Curacao license, which I do not trust that much and when involved with Rival software I think playing with caution its not a bad idea. From a free chip minimum cash out its 100$ which is too much as a minimum mentioned and maximum cash out from a free chip is 200$ but for players who had less than 10 deposits made, what a unique offer, so by this the bonus is not cash able.
